On the evening of July 14 , International College held a lecture themed “life blueprint and studying abroad of college students” for students in Xiamen University at room 217 of Jiageng Building 5 on Zhangzhou Campus. The lecture invited executives of HSBC branch in Xiamen Mr. JAMES and Mr. ERIC as the keynote speakers.

During the lecture, Mr. JAMES’s humorous speech attracted every audience, and help students to realize the vital importance of life planning. He believed that college students need a good plan,a clear goal in life, and firm confidence to achieve that. As for career choice, Mr. JAMES had done a thorough elaboration. He said they should choose a job they love, so that they could get success easily. Subsequently, he also shared his experience of studying abroad, which will surely benefits the students who aspire to study abroad.

Mr. ERIC provided a simple training for the students based on the job interview questions. His teaching was simple and helped the students eliminate mistakes and blind spots in job interviews. ERIC revealed the mysteries of foreign company interview for students without work experience. He also represented the uniqueness of business management in HSBC Bank.
